Is it a real profile? I've gotten a couple of those before where it's basically just a spammer who throws up a profile pic of an attractive girl to get people to accept.

You're doing fine. Chances are nothing will come from it. Sometimes hot girls are just trying to collect FB friends, because they're hot.
