Hey guys. Been lurking this subreddit for a long time now, but I think it's high time that I started actively contributing and trying things out. I'm going to write a longer post with more info about myself and what I want to get out of this, but for now I just have a brief question.

Yesterday I had a few hours to kill while I was downtown, and there were loads of HB7+ everywhere. Dozens of times, I managed to get past the initial AA mentality, but still didn't approach. Why? I don't know what to say! Before you answer, I've noticed that this is something the seddit community tends to brush off. Whenever people ask about this, the answers always seem to be "it doesn't matter!". Well that's the problem. For me, it does matter. I'm not ugly, but I'm not noticeably handsome either, so just saying "hi" doesn't seem to work the same magic for me as others have promised.

So I guess I'm looking for some specifics here. What are some lines I can whip out on pretty much any occasion that will instantly get the girl's attention and start a conversation?
