Sustaining relationships is just about keeping the same frame that got you the girl in the first place. Maintaining your own life. Still going out and meeting people. Being alpha and not turning chode just to keep the girl

If you've developed yourself enough as a man and maintain interest, you should just carry on doing your thing. David DeAngelo's Inner Game and Mastery programs may help you, he doesn't explicitly talk about sustaining relationships (he actually says he doesn't deliberately cover them) but if you develop yourself enough as a confident, attractive and interesting man and you keep the relationship fun and refreshing, you'll have no problem.

"3% man" its supposed to be a great book on relationships from what i hear. thats really all i know besides the title that states only 3% of the male population truly understand women.
