I don't see it as a shit test. More like an opportunity to bang her. Next time, just say "Why don't you come over, and see just how much I missed you". How do you know it's a shit test? Anyways, here are three possible outcomes:

"I'm sorry, I think you got a wrong number, who is this?".
"I'm so glad you messaged me and of course I've been thinking everyday about you... What was your name again?"
Let's say her name is Jessica: "Of course I miss you Sarah!" Then: "OMG sorry, of course I miss you Jessica!"

Basically just pretend not even remember her, but always as a joke.
