It is a cardinal sin to break the "Bro before Hoes" policy, but it depends how good of a friend they really are.

Good friends are very hard to find in this world. Relationships with women can often be vague and/or complicated. That's NEVER the case with your friends. You got their backs, they got yours. Simple as that, end of story. If you have an attraction to their ex and feel like something could happen, always be classy and ask your friends first before proceeding.

If your friendship is worth anything, you will consider your friend's feelings in the matter. If it's not worth anything, why do you call him a friend?
