If you're anything like I used to be, when you're washing your hands or brushing your teeth or walking by a mirror you avoided it, or just glanced at your hair or something quick. Many years of bad acne did it, for me.

Into my self improvement kick I did a lot of reading about body language, theory on pick up, how to be confident, all that. Yet I still didn't look in mirrors at all. Not that I avoided them, it just became a part of my habits.

As I started feeling more confident I simply started studying myself in the mirror. Brush your teeth and find a confident looking way to do it. Hold your head up high, notice how much better you look with a confident, relaxed pose. Take 5 or 10 minutes out of your day and practice walks/ways to stand/whatever else. Take a video.

We all know body language is more crucial than even words, yet tend to not think about it until we're in game. Bam, your minds on it. Get that shit out of the way
