Upgrade your wardrobe and style. Visit r/malefashionadvice if you are clueless, or subscribe to GQ.
Purchase Models by Mark Manson and read it cover to cover. Repeat.
Internalize the idea that life owes you nothing, and it's up to you to go out there and get what you want out of it. Fortune favors the bold.
Begin general self-improvement. Pick a hobby. Start improving your skills at whatever it is you do for a living.

Smile and make a concerted effort to be positive and say yes to opportunities that present themselves. Negativity is a killer of attraction, happiness, and self-confidence.

FAQ buddy. Sucks to hear your heart was shattered but you really shouldn't be trying to jump on to the next girl so quickly. You first need to realize what you don't like about yourself and work on fixing those elements before you try to go around and pick up girls using some canned lines trying to pull off an alpha facade.

Start with bettering yourself for the first few months and then going out and meeting new people (of both genders) before you even think of the next relationship in your life. Once you gain confidence and self-esteem through the things you have accomplished you will become a better man and coincidentally have better luck with the ladies. First of all, as far as I know, you need to find out stuff about yourself. If, for example, you feel like you don't have emotional stability if you don't have a girlfriend, you need work on this first. If you have emotional stability then after a break up, yeah, there is going to be a hard time, but then you come back up. There are loads of self development processes that can help you, at any time, not only this time. My starting point was the RSD videos on Youtube, rsdtyler 's videos to be more precise. I think you should begin there, watch some of his older videos first and see if you have the information you need after that.

one of the first things i did to gain abundance mentality was to meditate on the idea of 7 billion. Such a large number, so many people and eventually i came to understand that no matter how long i went out or how often i sarged i could never meet them all or even come close! So dont waste your time on one girl who doesnt like you instead get out there and meet all the girls you can one of them is bound to be attracted to you.

Ahh, well, I'd first like to give you you're very first welcome into the magical world of seduction and game. There are many key points that you need to focus on to become an "alpha" and get good at game. First thing is first, improving yourself:

Study, study, study. My personal favorite and most highly valued book on game is and e-book called "Double Your Dating" by david deangelo. Seriously, the book is a gold mine of information on how to attract woman and be successful with them.
After studying inner and outer game. It's time to go out and apply what you've learned. Go up and approach as many girls as you can, whether the day time, at clubs, and at parties. Anywhere. It's important to note it won't be easy at first, and you WILL get rejected. But thats part of gaming, you don't let it phase you and learn from them so you can improve yourself the next time around. Practice as much as you fucking can, and you will see results.

The road to becoming good at gaming and becoming a true man requires hard work and practice. But if you put in the time and effort, you will see it pay off. Just remember, good things don't come to those who wait, they come to those who go out and fucking earn it.
