Not sure if this has been posted before, but an opener I use frequently is "Hey, what's the story behind your (necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings, tattoo)." It seems to work as a pretty good opener because you're noticing something about her and taking interest in it. Its also pretty easy to start a conversation based on her reply.
