What's everyone's opinion on gaming while at work? I get iois from customers a lot and was wondering if I'd be in the wrong for acting on them or trying to #close. I work at a cupcake place near a university, so most of our customers are uni girls who come in sparingly. My manager doesn't care if I flirt, so my main concern is if I decide to act on iois (genuine approach invitations or forced iois) how should I approach the situation itself to begin a set. I work the counter, and most of them take their cupcakes with then, rather than eat at the store, so my window of opportunity is limited to the time in between them ordering and them leaving.
