i think this would be a good opportunity to nickname her something playful until you get a better to find out or remember her name. if anything do a reverse lookup online by the number and get her name

just start talking and mid conversation ask how she spells her name so you can add her to your phone, also good opportunity to ask for a picture so you can add it to the contact
