Go out with your mates as usual, if you see girls around, you can open them. Just don't allocate 'pickup time' - that's usually not time-efficient if you're on monk mode

If you do all those things, it will become clear to you how to continue. Give it 3 - 6 months, and you will be a new men, girls will enter your life almost without effort.
