Picking up girls when you are driving and they are on the sidewalk?

So far the only one that has worked for me is to blast ridiculous music (Jethro Tull's weirder stuff) and when they look beckon them over. That's only worked once out of the five times I've tried it.

Parking and getting out seems creepy and desperate.

Edit: Shitty car, semi dangerous and ghetto neighborhood, lots of girls at bus stops or otherwise standing on the street not going anywhere.
