I'm opening well, attracting girls, dating, etc. My outer game looks slightly better than the completely average guy but my mentality, core beliefs, emotions are very undeveloped.
I'm not handling it well, emotionally or mentally because I'm simply COMPLETELY inexperienced with dealing with my emotions and mentality. I went from dating 0 people in my life to meeting more girls. There was no baby steps like most normal people and I'm still WAY behind. It's really fucking me up and I'm turning into a crazy person. I'm familiar with inner game concepts
I'm extremely extroverted but lonesome. I have 2 friends, no acquittance, and not much to do. I STRONGLY crave and desire being around people probably because I am not close to anyone around me in life. I have a bad attachment style. I'm a bit needy sometimes.
The second a girl leaves, one that I DECIDED wasn't good enough FOR ME. I become crazy and want them to come back and start to get really attracted to them. I've yet to understand why or how this works. My desire, attraction, and want for them increases a lot and I even put them on a pedestal. It happens every single time. Sometimes these women aren't even that great, personality or attractiveness wise yet it affects me so much. I don't understand.
I get crazy and beta and I need to learn how to not be crazy. The second a girl stops liking me, even one that I don't like that much I get really attached, emotional, and act crazy. It's embarrassing and you guys have to help. I sent this girl like 12+ sappy embarrassing texts. I always promise not to let my guards down, not to bare my soul or act too vulnerable. I always don't listen, it always turns out badly, and I'm always punished harshly/treated badly by the girl in the end. I seemed desperate as fuck and the crazy thing was I didn't even like her on the first date, and didn't even get a boner when we messed around. I wasn't even physically attracted to her, I "grew" to like her. I was barely interested in her till she dumped ME, but it was on a night I was expecting to get laid.
The second she did, I got really attracted to her, started caring about her, all these emotions that I originally didn't have. I don't understand where all these emotions come from when a girl leaves me, they're never even there! This is a girl I FORCED myself to go on a date with just for practice yet I was crying about it. You're thinking. "Oh, he simply just needs to date more women!" Or "Just become more outcome independent"
How do I do that?
Thing was, I was dating like 3 women and meeting more women while this was happening. I had women, I didn't even CARE about the girl till she left. I don't fucking understand.
- I also get hurt emotionally very easy. I've learned to take rejection from approaches as nothing, they do not phase me and I'm simply on to the next one. But I get hurt emotionally from the women I'm dating a lot, if they're dating someone, if they flake, if they no longer like me or dump me, if they take too long to reply.
Is this some sort of pain period that I will eventually get over just like I did with rejections from women? Do I just have to suffer at ever level till I reach a level of calm and peace? I feel like every time I move up with things I go through lots of pain. When I got numbers and got rejected, when I got flaked on, when things didn't work out, is this just another phase? Is there a more efficient way to do this?
Not only do I get hurt about it, I ACTUALLY get depressed and it completely ruins my mood.
I blame myself completely for everything that happens, I over think, I analyze, I see where I went wrong and what I can do to fix it. I wake up sometimes and it's the first thing on my mind. I get stressed when things go badly with me and girls. I feel VERY responsible for outcomes and feel like I fucked up, when I fuck up, I feel really bad about it, even when I don't care about the girl. Sometimes I feel bad about my game. I think it's important to realize that game does not control the outcome and will never control the outcome. We all get really invested in the idea that we can.
I'm meeting lots of bad women who are hurting me. Many of them seem to play malicious games and it sucks. They shit test, flake, act bad. A lot of them turn out to be evil and I get hurt and I'm a naive and dumb nice guy even though I can open and meet women really well I feel like I'm getting used. I don't know how to spot the signs, not get tricked, or keep my guards up. I'm unassuming and I think the best out of people.
I get attached quickly or sometimes none at all. Most of the women I meet I'm not extremely interested in, but I grow to like most of them. It's odd, I'm always aloof about things and sometimes don't even go for it, the second I start to let my walls come down and start getting interested in a girl that I wasn't even initially interested in things turn bad. I sometimes overcompensate and express tons of fake interest in them, I'm not sure why. I enjoy expressing strong desire in women and chasing them sometimes even when its not true. I grow to like them and usually they leave and I get hurt. I'm not sure how to handle investing in women and being attached to them. I used to be scared to let my guard down, but as I've learned it's important to be vulnerable and really connect with women emotionally for them to get attached and for them to like you.
When women like me a lot, I usually don't like them. I keep these numbers in my phone, chat every once in a while but never go on dates. I'm not sure if this is because I find them unattractive or because I only like women that I can't have, or ones that don't like me.
I'd like to learn how to meet, date, and maybe sleep with women without getting hurt like crazy or attached and getting depressed.
The thing is, when I connect with someone it's REAL. I can't fake it, and when I get vulnerable it's real. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to date women yet stay unattached. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to like someone, or pretend to like someone but not like them? What do I do? How do I deal with all this stuff? How do you date women and still not get hurt? I looked up my attachment style and it's apparently preoccupied/anxious. I almost feel like it'd be best to just keep all girls at a distance, fuck vulnerability, never open up, and let girls chase. Never get hurt, but never let anybody in.
- I go through highs and lows sometimes. Women liking you can be validating but them disliking you can be crushing. I know I need to be more outcome dependent and do other things with my life and not assign my self esteem to this stuff. But how does one actually become outcome independent?
Edit: I wrote some things down to another poster that I feel has similar problems to me. It seems I'm self aware enough to know what my problems are yet I don't know what to do.
