Being alpha is self-mastery: a means of going beyond man to become a superman - Beyond the bullshit that wastes time, and deludes life.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to become a real alpha, OP. When you go to prison study the inmate hierarchy, workout at all times, and read, read, read, read everything you can get your hands on.

I disagree. As somone who is not yet alpha (but working on it), being alpha is decidedly EXTERNAL. It is other people's judgements of you rather than your own which decide your position in society

You can have all the inner confidence in the world, but if you are scrawny you WILL not be able to outdog the big dogs. I dont have all the confidence in the world and am slim rather than scrawny, but thats where im at in a nutshell.

Sure, the right internal mindset goes a long way and you can start working out etc, but until you are that chiselled beast you arent an alpha male. You want people looking up to you without even knowing you.
