Honestly this is my simplest advice: Loosen up by drinking! Obviously dont drink to the point where you cant control yourself, but drink till you get a little tipsy, its almost unbeliavble how natural flirting is at partys after drinking a little

Get some social proof, talk to the guys there like your the fucking man and what you say is golden, introduce yourself too every body you meet. Introduce yourself to most of the girls you meet, but make strong eye contact with the ones you want across the room, keep doing this push and pull until she initiates conversation with you. Then say what you want with her relax don't be scared to challenge her or be sexual, ask her questions get her talking build the rapport, eye contact and kino are key.

Have fun, have fun, have fun. Your #1 priority should be to relax and have fun. Remember that the party isn't necessarily bringing the fun, so YOU need to bring the party. And if you can bring the party, other people are going to feel "shit I feel left out, I want to hang out with Crazydugs55!", not you.

Don't worry about that. You should want to make a fool out of yourself. It's fun as hell! Stifling yourself is basically shooting yourself in the foot. This is what people mean when they say "be vulnerable". Don't be afraid to express yourself. You'll actually have a higher chance of good responses if you're simply enjoying and expressing yourself freely (with tact if the situation calls for it), than if you're worried about what other people think of you.

General outline? Relax, have fun. Talk to people because you have fun socializing and meeting people, not because "okay I gotta meet my pickup quota, if I don't approach 324523 people tonight is going to be failure!1!1!!1!" Be in the moment, and try to act on things as they happen.

Don't worry about shit like "okay I gotta maintain good posture, eye contact, shoulders back and relaxed". If you're relaxed and comfortable, most of that shit will come naturally anyway. Constantly thinking about that stuff is actually likely to prevent you from doing those things correctly.

Don't worry about getting laid. If there's an opportunity, go for it. But if not, don't worry about it. Any experience is a learning experience. Maybe you learned to get a bit more comfortable in a party environment, increasing your chances of future success. Maybe you met a girl who has a boyfriend, but can introduce you to her girl friends. Maybe you meet some cool guys that you can practice pickup with. Maybe you just witness some crazy shit that'll become a good story. Maybe you just have fun at the party, improving your overall mood, making your next few approaches better because you're a bit happier.

All of the other comments are spot on but I'd like to add something more. At parties youve got to be a little more aggressive. All of the guys have the same idea and are all going in for the kill. Maybe by the end of the night only 5 will be successful. You've got to do something to set yourself apart from the dudes that wont get any.
