Don't do that, just say something like "okay, so we both don't want anything serious right now, which is okay for me, but I'd still like to get to know you, let's grab a drink some time".

So how do you get out of this? Just tell her it's a movie and that you two should still meet up. If she doesn't want to, then you just move on.

Don't ask for a FWB relationship if you haven't slept with her yet. Don't try to define your relationship, especially in advance of any real relationship. You just had a miniature version of "The Talk." Try to avoid The Talk. Define a relationship by actions. Sleep with her a few times and then maybe observe to her that you're already FWB. After you sleep with her, you can take a relationhsip any direction you want. Try to take it some direction before you sleep with her, is trickier and likely to make her think about what kind of relationship she wants, which can make her decide there will be no sexual relationship.

Your idea of "not wanting to be in a relationship" and hers might be different. You might be thinking along the lines of wanting to be able to go out with a lot of girls and get the perks, without committing to any of them. She might be wanting to have someone to hang out with, but after making out, doesn't think you're the one she wants to get perks from.
