2 Overcome Fidgety Behavior

So I'm a drummer. I tap my hands and feet all the fucking time. This is a bad thing? I've never noticed anybody notice it but I know it isn't a subtle thing, and it will take all of my concentration to stop doing it. Should I?

One of these I take serious issue with. I agree that approval-seeking in your speech is bad and unattractive, but is it worth being a shitbag with NO CLASS in order to prove that you "don't care?"

There are plenty of guy that get laid a lot who have the common decency not to talk about "cockslaping bitches" and "nuttin on hos" in front of 4 yr olds and old ladies. I have no problem with this stuff in front of most people, but there's a line.

Stop seeking approval when you speak is the biggest lifechanger for me. When you learn to stop caring about what you say I think you have more to say and become more interesting too. People want to see you be yourself so by proxy they also get permission to cut loose.
