In my own experience myself and one other guy in my (then tightest) social circle got all the girls. The guys who didn't never ever did and still don't. You have been ranked accordingly by the girls and the men. Try a different group and don't let yourself become low man on the totem pole.

If a chick has ruled you out as a potential partner, it is possible to change her mind and make her attracted to you. The most reliable way to do this is to stop chasing her and go hook up with other chicks. When she sees you with a 22 year old dancer on your arm her opinion and behavior will change real quick. That is my experience, anyways. And hopefully by the time she realizes how high value you are, you are out of her league and fucking hotter chicks and no longer interested.
