If you seem desirable/sexual to yourself and those around you, then people outside your group will take the hint.

So first, you need to treat yourself as sexual and desirable. This includes having basic confidence, and sexual confidence. Even if you don't have too much experience, act like you do (Don't overdo it though). E.G. Don't loudly exclaim how well you eat pussy, but if someone else does act like you know exactly what they're talking about.

As to the second point, it's hard to get people you already know to see you in a new light. If you have a particularly flirty chick friend or two, start by flirting openly with them. Little things are good for a start, like complimenting a piece of jewelry or some light kino. Then you just push your boundaries with them. Confidence is what matters here. They like to flirt, and as long as you don't seem sheepish or creepy about it then it should go over well. Just act like it's a normal side of you that they haven't seen yet.

If you have a chick friend that you're especially close to on a conversational/emotional basis, it might be worth explaining to her the situation you've found yourself in. If she cares about you, I'm sure be willing to lightly flirt with you in a group setting to boost your confidence and appeal.

I know this is (strangely) seen as a "negative" or unhelpful suggestion but start to work out and build muscle. That'll most likely make you more handsome/hot than cute, girls will love it an you'll gain a lot of confidence.
