Dude here's a piece of advice, keep approaching. Don't let yourself fall into the trap of never doing it again because you proved that "I could always do it when I want to" like I did, it just becomes another rationalisation on not to approach; "no, I don't feel like it but I definitely could if I wanted to because I've already done it before"
