I play both off. Do not feel the need to explain to her why you don't have a car or a place. If she is bothered by that then let her go. Let her know early though, no point wasting time. Assuming you are trying to get a relationship.

I think you should think about what you would want instead of what girls would want out of you.

You can make a great lifestyle without a car if you are in the middle of a city that has a lot going on.

However, you can also have a great lifestyle if you have the option to go where you want, when you want.

It really depends on what your tastes are.

Depends on where you live. In general, it's more important to have your own place since you'll have somewhere to get down privately. If you live in a city like me, you can take public transit wherever you need to go. However, if you live in a rural area, having a car can be just as important.

Neither.

This idea that girls are into guys with nice cars and houses is utter bullshit that mostly comes from TV and movies. I've known tons of guys with nice houses and cars that couldn't get laid worth a shit and tons of guys living at their moms that had hot girlfriend.

Your attitude is the most important thing.
