Lately I have been very interested in women from my social circle. What are the foundations for keeping women who you see pretty much on a daily basis in what I'll call here "the pickup zone", as in you both have the hots for each other and it isn't awkward or weird to hook up in a party where your whole social circle is together?

Also, how do you become the man that women who you frequently meet, as an example a student from your class or a colleague at work, want to hook up with, feel comfortable being sexual with, want to have "sensual fun" with?
