In my state, if I get caught having sex in my car or even a dumber idea, in a park, I risk getting indecent exposure which if there is a child around it could even make me a sex offender.
I have already said I don't want to do it anywhere public. Do I just invite myself over to her place?

Parents will be proud that they don't have a homo for a son, and will usually be discreet, as long as you are.

IOW, don't worry about this aspect. This is the LEAST of your, or anybody else's, problems.
