Not in a frat myself, but I've been to a number of frat parties. Pick up at a frat party is a joke, honestly. The girls that go to them want to hook up, all you have to do is not be a total sleezeball and you'll be fine. Talk to girls, be even a little funny, and pay attention to your and her kino. Kiss early, don't fuck her if she's too drunk. Don't worry about seeing a hook up again, because it doesn't have to be awkward unless you make it awkward. Have fun, stay safe!

College is a pure gold mine, especially fraternities. I killed it in college. I was in a fraternity my last year. Fraternities can be a huge help to the majority of guys. Your image is very important. My recommendation is to be friendly and outgoing and work on your game every time. If girls see you as someone that is alpha and always doing well with women, it will snowball and you will kill it with women.

Here are some tips off the top of my head (but I'm sure you will discover many, many more):

Hit up and talk to as many women as you can. Be confident. You see an attractive girl in the hall? Talk to her. Attractive chick playing beer pong? Ask her who has next game. Flirt with as many women as you can.
Many of these women will be regulars at the fraternity. You want to get to know them and for them to like you. You don't necessarily have to fuck any of them, but you want to be friends with all the regulars (your brothers and the regular women) because when the fraternity throws a party, you will be Mr. Popular and be chatting with plenty of women there. This shows other women that you are extremely high value and makes you much more attractive to all of them.
Be outgoing. Everyone knows what to expect at a fraternity party. Don't hold back.
There are about a million excuses to escalate and isolate but an easy one is when a girl asks you where the booze is or you need a drink. Just say "You want to go get a drink with me?" or "You want a shot?", then lead her to where the alcohol is. You both take your drink, chat and flirt some more.
Some other good ones: ask them to play beer pong or whatever game is going on. Ask them to be your partner. This is gold. Very easily leads to getting to know her well, and you are isolating a bit and can initiate kino super easy. High fives, hugs when either of you makes it or you win, etc. You also will have a weird bond if you win, especially multiple games together or have any sort of crazy endings.
Host pregames and after parties if you don't live in the house. This is a super easy way to get women out of the fraternity (isolate and escalate). Just invite them along with a few of your good friends back to drink more, play beer pong or whatever. This comes off as far less threatening because it is just a smaller extension of the party. Yet, you have now further isolated, escalated, and got them to your place where your bed is a few feet away.

Also, always be practicing and improving your game. College and especially college/fraternity parties are the biggest gold mine of women you will likely ever encounter in your life. If you can't score at these, you are really going to struggle after college. Master the game now and you will be set down the road.

As a fellow college student I can relay to you a little bit of information that I, myself, learned regarding frat parties. Most girls that go there have the intention of meeting or ending up with a guy by the end of the night. Something to remember is to not be "that guy" or "too alpha". I would start off by making your presence known to the girls (introduce yourself). Be nice, strike up a conversation with various people. Make sure those girls see you doing all these things. From there, that's where you decide on when and how you'll make your move.

I would say since you're just a freshman in a frat (lots of stereotypes there), you need to distinguish yourself from just being another frat kid. So I'd say: don't be sloppy drunk, don't wear the same shit as everyone in your frat, and don't be creepy. Talk to girls normally, and the rest of the laws of attraction still apply in college.

Depends on your fraternity.

I know a frat that had a party where there were like 20 bros and 3 girls (two of which taken). I also know a frat that is quite reputable with the sororities on campus so they had a good mix of 20 bros and 20 different girls every week. It's obvious which one everyone wanted to join.

If your frat has good connections with the sororities (at least three), you're gonna be in luck. My advice is actually try to make friends with a couple girls in each one during the parties cause you're likely to see them again. Make it clear you want a wingwoman situation so you'll always have someone introducing you to the new initiates each semester. Other than that, do basic pick-up on girls you for sure want to hook-up with.

Honestly, the best way to pick up girls in that setting is to make a lot of friends, both with your fraternity brothers and with the girls. Girls are the best wing men because when they bring their friends, they're going to have your back and help you out because they know you're a good dude. Similarly, if you're hanging out with your bros girls will notice you a lot more than if you're just walking around creeping on them.

I joined my fraternity last semester and my approach to parties is be down to earth/chill with everyone there. Definitely play some kings if it's a small party or you have a room where people are just hanging out, you can learn a lot about a girl while playing haha.
