You might look into theories we call Relationship Management. Savoy did some intro videos on Youtube about relationship management, he says that the way you approach a seduction sets the woman's expectations for your relationship. If you're taking it slow and working her over 3 or 4 dates before you try to sleep with her, you're setting her expectation for a long term relationship that she has to carefully consider. If you seduce her immediately the same night you meet, you're setting her expectations for a fling and casual sex. There are variations inbetween these extremes, but consider that it is easier to take a relationship in any direction, from FWB to LTR, once you have already slept with her. Do it sooner rather than later. Don't take it slow and work up to it, or you end up with women getting the relationship vibe.

NOPE, never tell her. Words suck. ACT like she's a fuck buddy. IOW, the time you spend together sould only involve having rough, hardcore sex. As soon as you're both done, leave immediately. No time for emotions if you want to avoid an LTR. If you start bulding an emotional bridge, she'll want something more from you and you're basically fucked.
