So last night I was able to work my magic and made out with a chick for about a half hour (with some boob!). I asked her if she wanted to take things upstairs and she politely said no. She said "Not this time, but this doesn't have to be the last time we do this". We kept making out for a while longer then eventually gathered ourselves and joined the party again. We've flirted a few times in the past, but this was the first time we've ever hung out. I'd definitely like to hook up with this chick again very soon. So, what is the next step?

I was thinking of sending her a text something along the lines of "Hey [name], I really enjoyed spending time with you last night. Let's hang out again soon!" I figured from there I can gauge her reaction and then invite her out again later this week. Suggestions?
