Be careful not to over-rev when disengaged, you should throttle down. Step on the clutch and shift back into the gear appropriate for your speed. Even with Synchromesh, you should slightly increase RPM as you release the clutch. Remember, never downshift into first, excess torque can damage the motor mounts.

Pull back aswell. find out why shes is that way, probably because your not DHV enough. Give her some time so she doesn't think your insecure or desperate because those are both DLVs and you are already in a Low Value hole. Then after about a week run some NEGs or IODs on her till she breaks, but not to harsh otherwise she will lose comfort(aka thinking your an asshole), you can cushin your IODs by either following up with a less effective IOI to make sure your not hammering her, or you can give some time between each one. Depending on the girl and the attention she is used to getting this could take some time, but I can not emphasize this enough! DO NOT CATCH "ONITIOUS" Be ready to cut her lose at a moments notice because (of a lot of things but most impotently) in the end she is just one girl, and there are plenty of other canvases out there to paint up.
