As far as when goes: very often.

As far as how goes: just make constant little mentions/affirmations that you think about and enjoy talking about sex.

What I have noticed help me more than anything when talking to women about this is to try and make them consistently think about you as a sexual being. You have to be willing to mention sex and sexual acts in passing.

They don't need to be crass and I have found more success with slightly ambiguous statements. Phrases that could DEFINITELY be interpreted as sexual without being an overtly sexual statement.

I can't really come up with examples on the spot but essentially, don't be afraid to throw out coy little innuendos.

I can't really break this down for you since it kind of comes naturally to me, but I think thinking in terms of frame is useful for this. Establish a sexual frame.

I was literally about to settle in and watch a bit of porn when a neighbor girl and her friend just barged into my apt. which was apparently unlocked.

"OMG were you about to watch PORN?"

"Uh, yea until you fuckers rudely interrupted me."

"LOL lets watch porn together!"

I had a gf at the time, so nothing legendary happened, but her friend was literally sitting there complaining about how bad she wanted to cum.
