I know I'm not preaching anything new or mind-blowing, but I think this simple technique pretty much solves the rest of the problems.

A study conducted by Dr. Blaslotto at the University of Chicago was done where he split people into three groups and tested each group on how many free throws they could make.

After this, he had the first group practice free throws every day for an hour.

The second group just visualized themselves making free throws.

The third group did nothing.

After 30 days, he tested them again.

The first group improved by 24%.

The second group improved by 23% without touching a basketball!!!!

The third group did not improve which was expected.

If you think that this technique is exclusive to athletic performance, you'd be sadly mistaken. Here's a list of people (it could be significantly more), that have used visualization to effortless achieve their goals:

  • Bill Gates
  • Oprah Winfrey
  • Will Smith
  • Ludacris
  • Michael Jordan
  • Kobe Bryant
  • Tiger Woods
  • Jack Canfield (his whole career is built on this)
  • Anthony Robbins
  • Arnold Schwarzenegger
  • Will Smith
  • Michael Phelps - "In fact, Phelps claims he’s been visualizing since he was seven years old, watching what he calls “his videotape” of the perfect swim in his mind each night before going to sleep to mentally map out his ideal swim for the next day."
  • Many more successful people than I care to research

Every single afternoon, I visualized having a successful business. The key is to spend less time focusing on how you feel when you're successful (that creates complacency), and spend more time on the process of achieving your goals. I now own a successful business.

Just to give you a brief background, I've been a failure all my life, I had sex for the first time when I was 25 - during which I only lasted like 30 seconds. I graduated at the bottom of my class, I was always on the sidelines playing sports, and girls generally didn't like me. I always got beat out by all the other guys and people thought I was awkward. Furthermore I worked multiple dead end jobs as a bouncer, car wash person, and an assistant manager for a guy who got mad me because his printer broke and I asked him to replace it so I could run his business.

Now I own a 6 figure business.

These techniques work, use them to get chicks. Imagine yourself in the most difficult scenarios in your creative imagination, and you overcoming it easily.

  1. Picking up a girl while she's in the middle of her gym workout
  2. Getting a dad's approval to take her daughter out while they are out in public
  3. Approaching a group of beautiful women all by yourself
  4. Attracting your best friend who's put you in the friend zone for years
  5. Stealing a girl who's currently in a horrible relationship (if she's in a good one, leave her alone)

I used these techniques and now I'm basically "married" to the woman of my dreams.
