So I met this woman online, we exchanged numbers, and started texting. Her texting was obsessive. She would text me multiple times in a row without a response and text me at all hours of the day. Me, being lonely and giving the benefit of the doubt, engaged her in these lengthy texting conversations. We eventually set up our first date. The first date went fine. After the first date, she texted me saying it wouldn't work out. You are not experiencing the amount of time I put in those texting conversations, but it goes to show that texting without purpose is a waste of time.
