Car is the first that comes to mind. Seduce at the car door, then simple escalate into the car. If she open minded she'll this it's adventurous and exciting.

What are we working with here? Any siblings? Is your room on the same floor as your parents? Do you have a basement that's cool to hang out in? I'm 26 and still live with my parents. I feel your frustration but it can definitely be done.

The problem is that I'm pretty young (20) and I don't have my own place yet; still live with the parents. I'm looking to move out in the near future, but I need a way to deal with this now.

Was in much the same position before. Some possibilities:

What's the weather like this time of year? If you have a car, start packing a couple comfortable blankets in there. If the weather is warm enough, you can lay out one blanket on grass if there are some decent secluded areas outdoors, and use the second one to as an actual blanket, if needed. (You should be thinking about whether you have access to any such areas.)
Someone mentioned car. Making out in a car is definitely easy, low-hanging fruit. The only thing stopping you is your own attitude towards it. A lot of girls won't mind it.
What's your family's house like? Would it be possible to sneak her in without running into your family OR having to be too complicated about it? (Like, are they deep sleepers?) Are they conservative?
For that matter, be sure to figure out if HER house is a good venue. It just might be that her place would work out, even if she lives at home.
