I agree with parts of this.

Talking to girls without being overly invested is good.
Pushing forward (bounce, pushing for close) is good.
Taking rejection in stride and as a natural part of meeting women is good.

However:

I don't agree with pushing for a bounce after only 2 minutes. 2 minutes in a set is a lot more brief than it sounds on paper.
I don't agree that you should aim for, nor expect, a same-day lay off a daygame approach. Daygame lends itself to making connections and time bridging.
I don't like how you describe smalltalk as 'compliments'. I only give enough compliments to justify starting a conversation with her, after that I generally give compliments either because she's done or said something cool and/or for qualifying purposes.
I don't agree that 2 minutes is a reasonable time frame. Once you've established attraction and rapport, then you should time bridge or go for the insta-date. Most of the time, that won't take 2 minutes. If you get blown out or don't like the girl within 2 minutes, then yeah, definitely eject and try elsewhere.

It's also a good idea for newbies since 2 minutes is very low pressure. General rule is to just get out there and do it. Something I need to follow more religiously if I'm being honest, but fuck it.

I could have applied this today was at the gym and a cute girl walks in. I'm putting my shoes on and she sits right beside me. I could have opened with a quick conversation talking about her workout etc. Very low pressure situation. After a few minutes, maybe even two minutes at most, I should have told her I have the day off, want to grab a coffee after your workout?

I missed the opportunity to open with her, and she kept walking by me and gave me a smile once. It wouldn't have worked later because she was wearing headphones and and it would have seemed needy to approach her afterwards. O well, learning experience right? Next time just have to step up, but I like the post. Would never have though of asking for the date on the same day. Brilliant!

You better be swave motherfucker or this girl is into already. 2 mins is really fast for a woman to drop what she's doing (even if it's nothing) to go get coffee with what was a stranger 2 mins ago. If she goes for this I feel like you already had the girl in your pocket
