This is actually extraordinarily simple, so much so you are going to try to overcomplicate it: communication.

That is really all you need.

You can invite her every single night of the week and not be needy, or you can call her once every two weeks and be the neediest fucker she has ever met. You can't simply have a "rule" that makes her think one thing or the other.

So communicate to her your desires in the relationship area. Tell her what you want, and discuss what she wants and is looking for, and see how those things match up. If it makes sense for both of you, then move into relationship area.

Put another way: You already have a relationship with these girls, its just a shitty relationship. You don't have to change anything fundamental to be "in a relationship", you just have to change the rules to what you want. You want to be exclusive? then tell a girl you want to be exclusive.

It's all about setting the frame. The paradigm of "act as if" applies in most cases. While you're probably not going to ask her to be your girlfriend straight away, start transitioning to exclusive relationship behaviour, whatever that means to you. Asking her out on a date is not needy. It simply communicates your desire for her for reasons other than sex.

Introduce her to your friends. Meet hers too. Begin "opening up" and sharing things about yourself that not everybody knows. That's the easiest way to transition from "player" to "boyfriend material". First world problems though mate. Most guys probably want to have it the other way round.

the more time you spend w them the more you're going towards a relationship. ideally she should be the one that brings up the topic of being exclusive, not you.
