When she says something that you found strikes an emotion in you touch her arm. I used to be like you but now I'm fine, when I first started incorporating touch I felt really creepy and awkward now it sort of just flows.

Honestly try incorporating touch in all conversation, not just with girls you are pursuing. Like mentioned before, a light touch on the arm or shoulder whem making a point. This will help you to get comfortable with "kino" in general. Then once that comes natural, apply and escalate when it comes to girls. I.e. hip touch and hold, hand grab, upper thigh touch etc. Hope this helps

You don't switch from friendly to sexual. It should be sexual right from the get-go. It doesn't mean whip out your dick during the approach, but your approach should mean, "Hey, I want to date/fuck you", not, "Hey, I'm approaching you because the Internet told me to".

The only transition should be a continuum from friendly, casual sexual tension to full-blown fucking. You shouldn't need a technique to show your intent because you should be showing your intent right away from the approach.

1.You have to be creative, think on your feet. Kino can be done at any point in the interaction. After opener, i always ask for her name, to quote Dale Carnegie, "Remember that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.'' and i use this opportunity to kino with a handshake, i like to hold it for at least 5 secs then nonchalantly move into another routine like i forgot i was holding her hand.

Ive been expressing myself physically more and more everyday, with guys and girls. including at my job (healthcare). Little gestures here and there. hopefully i get some time to set out and talk to some girls tomorrow night, and try a few things out, i may report back.
