Negging to me just sounds like a form of putting push-pull into play in conversation, encouraging the girl to chase. AMOG is just a term for the male who might be doing some cockblocking, complicating your escalation, isolation, close. This is where skill in opening group sets comes in handy.

Indirect game still works, but it's only one tool in your toolkit. And most people do indirect game a little differently than in the early days. For example, negging is out, disqualification is in.
