Id like to date her in the fall at school but she's even getting a little flirty with a couple other office guys and I'm getting pretty frustrated.
This is not a direct advice to your situation, but I just wanted to comment.... don't allow yourself to be "frustrated" by girls who you are not even dating. If you can keep your emotions at a distance and set yourself free of any kind of trivial jealousy... it will make your approach and interaction with her much easier.
But with that said you shouldn't give up. I think you made a bold move showing her interest from the beginning, even though she semi-rejected you, you may still have chance if you play this right, but don't let yourself get clouded with insecurities.

Well how am I supposed to go about this then? Completely stop asking I she wants to eat together and wait for her to initiate something? Wait it out through this awkward shit until fall and just talk to her at school?

Keep talking to her. Be playful and make fun of the situation on how you are trying to get with you bosses daughter. Make it sound exciting, like a secret. Ask her if she wants to go on a date when you're not working.
