In general, you don't. But in a no sex before marriage you just tell her that this won't work for you.

Say exactly what you want. You will be surprised at how much she respects you for it (and honors it). She may argue a bit about it at first, but if you stay firm and stick to your guns, she will totally respect you for saying so. You just have to get past that initial reaction. Honestly, the more blunt (not vulgar, blunt) you are about it, the more your honesty will shock her.

Why? She will respect you because she knows that all guys want sex. It's just that most guys lie about that fact. You will likely be the first one to do this, and it will get her attention that you say what you mean and mean what you say.
