Grew up as a fat kid. Heaviest was 260 lbs. Dropped down to 170 at my lowest.

Thought that losing the weight would cause the women to flock. It didn't. I still had and still have a fat kid mind set.

I'm not afraid of talking to strangers. I don't get nervous at all. I only get nervous when I talk to beautiful women and it's killing me.

I've been working on being a more interesting person lately so I don't think I'm boring.

  • volunteer at hospice
  • bodybuilder
  • brazilian jiu jitsu etc.

I'm busy building a business right now and don't have time for relationships however this insecurity is always on my mind and slowly killing me and affecting my day to day. rationally I know there's no reason to be afraid but I am.

How many cold approaches do you think it'll take for me to get numb to it and stop putting beautiful women on pedestals? How many did it take you?

I know there's no clear cut answer to this, it's just been on my mind ever since I lost the weight (6 years ago) and it's the first time I've spilled my thoughts on it and looked for help.

thank you
