I met a woman who is admittedly older than myself by a few years via plenty of fish.

We spoke on the phone for around 2 weeks and both agreed we felt some kind of weird connection.

She lives around an hours train journey from me and booked us a hotel for a 2 night stay.

We met in person,Everything went amazingly well...We fucked like rabbits over the course of 2 days and everything seemed to be falling into place.

We are now back home and things seem to have "cooled" ever so slightly. She has a busy week at work ahead so maybe I am simply over analysing thing's a bit too much but I had of hoped that by spending this time with her that it would give us both some clarity on our feelings for each other?

She has expressed how she feels towards me which has all been positive BUT she hasn't mentioned taking this further as in being together as a couple

I feel like we are in kind of a stale mate situation right now but my main question is "Is it unrealistic to expect a relationship to develop over just these few days"

Do I just make my intentions clear and if the response isn't what I feel I am looking for just move on and bin her? Or will me doing that just come across as needy? I am just unsure if by doing this it will be a good thing as in setting personal boundaries or the opposite?

How do I proceed?

UPDATE: The latest development is that today I found out she had lied when she said she had stopped using Plenty of fish...She is still using it so I have wished her all the best and sent her on her way.

It's pretty shit but I am one of one not one of many so onwards and upwards
