Yo.

I am a 19 year old European dude who's going to New York tomorrow morning (completely a beginner in this field).

I want to approach people I randomly see on the street while shopping and having fun or whatever. I am just wondering if there is a different way to approach girls on the street, who are 17 - 18 years old.

I've watched some stuff on YT, but I don't really know if they'll work on 17 - 18 year olds I randomly walk past on the street.

What I intend to do is to cold approach girls, with positive energy and be like "Hellooo, what's your naaame?" and try to pull them aside and try to talk to them about where they are from and if they'd like to go grab a bite or show me around or something.

Edit: Also, what kind of girls do I have a higher successrate with? Like.. How do I spot the ones I should go for? The way they look? The way they walk? Their body language? If they are with a friend etc.

Any critique/tips?
