I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue but I live in a fairly small town, almost everbody knows someone who knows you.

Anyway to add to the many problems of small town life, a lot of the girls I'm interested in will have a boyfriend (V. Common) Anyway this situation has arose a couple of times in the past few months so I decided to ask the experts.

Basically since the town is small I inevitably make a lot of acquaintances, especially girls who are in relationships, this recently has started to end with these girls finishing their relationship, but I'm just not sure on how you change the acquaintance perception into one that allows attraction to build? I'm literally not sure where to start.
