You don't need a pick up line even if it's your birthday. Just aim to have fun and make it a memorable one. You're already failing yourself if you think that you need a pickup line for the occasion.

This may be the weirdest way to express what you need to know but look up Louis CK Pedophile fountain joke. In it he jokes about this conversation that he had with a neighbor that didn't realize he lived there. Louie pretends to be some homeless guy because Louie wasn't in the wrong. The guy gets upset and gets the property manager. The property manager tells the neighbor who Louie is and the neighbor gets upset. End of joke? No Louie then says "that didn't actually happen. I made up the whole conversation while looking at him"

You preconstruct conversations that are likely to NEVER happen that way. Tell them it's your birthday and then ask her to dance or something. You need more rapport then "it's my birthday digits please".
