No issues getting women but tons of issues keeping them. The first thing is, I am very busy (work at a startup). So between work, lifting, eating right, yoga, spanish classes (I want to travel), music classes, basically stuck with only an hour a day and the weekends.

So while I will hook up with a new girl every week or two (and continue to do so when time permits) they always drop off. Usually its because I haven't been contacting them regularly or fitting them into my plans. I've had them get frustrated, pull the "you only want me for sex" and "You never spend time with me so I've moved on" BS.

However, it kinda is a mishap on my side in terms of budgeting time. If I go the bar Sundays to watch the niners game, I should invite one of girls I have in San Jose instead of going solo/or with just bros.

Anyone have this issue?

I was thinking of plugging them into my Salesforce CRM under "opportunities" and giving them stages (like "hooked up once", "regular hook up", falling for me (Danger zone, halt attention), etc). I could set tasks against these opportunities to remind myself to text them, invite them to activities I partake in (I went to SantaCon in SF, easily could of contacted the girls I have there but I forgot). If they are in the first stage I will have the CRM remind me daily to try and fill that one hour with an activity, then I can call all the girls under stage "hooked up once" and fill it, so I can move them along my pipeline.

Girls in "regular hook up", get one to two texts a week for logistics to meet up on the weekends. Girls who eventually try to pull me into a relationship or become to get attached, I halt attention.

I also have girls in Santa Barbara, San Diego, etc. Since they are long distance, I need an automated system or something that sends an email, text, etc to keep them in the loop.

I can't think of any other way to handle all the girls. Thoughts?
