Talk to them, say whatever comes to mind, build rapport, if she gives off signals say "we should hang out sometime, what's your number?"

If things are going really well (you should have kissed at this point), look her in the eyes and, without blinking, say "want to get out of here?"

If she says no, ask why. If she says "I'm not going to have sex with you" tell her "how about we just snuggle instead" (must be said with a cheeky smile to work). If she says her friends are all there still just tell her to tell you when she's ready to leave (again a cheeky smile wouldn't go amiss) If she says she's meant to stay somewhere else tell her she deserves to have some fun. People respond well to things when they think it's something life owes them. If you can relate to anything she's said before in conversation it'll boost your chances massively.
