Me and my friends used to chip in and rent a one room apartment from an older couple under the guise that one of us was using it for an off campus dorm. We called it the Fuck Bunker, and kept it equipped with beer, condoms and lava lamps. Damn, those were some good times, we kept a spreadsheet for reservations and scheduling and a chart of who banged the most pussy that month.

But, let's face it - for many of us beginners our place of lay is crap. Most of us beginners are students, low-income, or living with thin walls that make all sorts of vibe killing.

This is a "problem" that demographics easily remedies. College students living in dingy dorm rooms are most commonly picking up college girls who live in similar dorm rooms and are more or less expecting any hookups to happen in a dorm room.

Living with your parents can be a problem, but it's one that's been discussed to death already.

Now what if you live in a shitty apartment in a bad neighborhood? I did that for a while and it wasn't really an issue. Once the girl is interested, she's not going to lose interest just because your home isn't fancy enough. Just make sure it's clean. You don't want the girl to get grossed out because there's dishes piled up in your sink, a pizza box in your bed, and it looks like you need to wear flip-flops when entering the bathroom.

Home? This is only an issue if you're a slob, or live with your parents. So get your shit together and if you can't move out from the parents or bang at her place, then you've got problems. Horny young people always seem to figure it out though.
