I think it's important to note that "negging" was a tactic developed to get very high value women (models, celebrities etc) to let their guard down. In my opinion, it is an advanced level tactic, as it is often misused by newer guys.

The fine lines and nuances are only learned through experience, really. Talking to a 7 at a cafe will be far, far different than approaching her at a bar, and the mood a girl is in will change how she reacts to various things. If you're doing the reading then also try watching some infield approaches to take note of the delivery and such. You can also do this in real life if you know people that are good with women or are observant when approaches happen.

And, unlike WilliamShatnersEgo seems to think, a neg is a perfectly useful RP supported tactic. Heartiste had a few posts about negs recently, but the tldr is that if you neg a girl, there is no way that anyone could say you were being rude. It should seem like a sincere compliment that underhandedly draws attention to some flaw or such that will make her wonder, but never be able to be sure, if you were insinuating something.

Anyway, reading heartiste is probably my biggest suggestion as he goes into a lot of detail about more specific maneuvers. After that, just practice. Even so, a large part of game is just being attractive in general. You could skip all the specific tactics and as long as you are fit, dress well, and can carry on a conversation that's all the "skillset" you need. Body language is probably the biggest single aspect of improving game that most guys lack.

Experience is your number one teacher, not reading stuff online. Stop read and start experiencing. I cannot emphasize enough how much faster you'll learn that way.

Negging is /r/seduction amateur routines. When you improve yourself you won't need to tear a woman down for her to want to be with you, she will rise to the occasion to submit to you willingly. That's red pill, not the seddit garbage you're trying to figure out.
