By far the biggest cause of flakes are that you didn't build enough attraction to begin with: e.g. they just weren't that into you.

The largest cause of flakes is spalling due to concentrated shear forces, typically a high energy impact. Some engineers recommend incorporating fibers with high tensile strength into the material, like carbon fiber. This will reduce flakes caused by spalling.

Not enough attraction: self explanatory
Not enough investment: longer interactions, more emotions etc
Not stating that you're getting the number to see her again: easy fix
Escalating physically past a certain point in the initial interaction and the girl feels slutty if she sees you again: this is the tricky one, kinda tough when you get LMR, I don't have too many answers with this one

not enough attraction and oddly enough I get 90% less flakes when I call instead of text. Not a lot of dudes have the balls to call and it makes her remember you better.
