You do not have to display low investment necessarily... what you want is to ensure SHE makes some investment as well.

The question makes sense. Not sure if the answer is easy to relate. Generally talking in a joking terms sexually is good. Then they aren't sure if you are invested in that specific fantasy or it is just something you are spitting at that moment. Living in the moment is one of my bigger points of advice, and this kind of always smells like no investment at all, and then talking sexually conveys the interest.

You don't want to display low investment. You want to have appropriate investment. Basically you start low and then gradually move up. You convey interest with your willingness to invest the next step. You convey neediness when you show you're willing to invest 5 more steps all at once.
