No, it sounds like a pickup line. We don't do pickup lines, they don't work. This sounds like a line you've rehearsed in your head over and over until it comes out sounding contrived.

Also, you have assumed she is already attracted enough that she will want to go out on a coffee date, after you have spoken exactly one sentence to her and she has said nothing yet.
