How can you tell if she's not interested over text?

If you're uncertain if she's interested in you, always assume attraction.

Ask her out on a date. Make sure she knows it's a date. Then you'll get your answer.

Does she start the conversations? Does she reply with one word answers or does she elaborate? Is she always talking about how you to should meet up or does she constantly say she has had a busy or long day and is kind of tired and just wants to go to bed. These are all clues but much of communication is lost through text. Best way to tell would be like CaseofInsanity put it and talk to her in person

You can't know for sure over text. You can feel it if you see her face to face though.
